Getting There

Check out all the options for getting to UC Santa Barbara.  In addition to driving or flying, there are affordable options by train from the San Francisco Bay area and by bus from Los Angeles.

By Train or Bus

Travel by train or bus can be a very affordable choice, and the train ride along the coast offers lots of scenic splendor! Websites such as Rome2Rio offer convenient access to information about a range of travel options, including specific routing by train or bus from all around the state.

By Air

UC Santa Barbara is only 3 miles from the Santa Barbara airport; it is a quick and inexpensive ride by Lyft or Uber.

Driving

The UCSB campus is just of Route 101, near Goleta.  The Sierra Madre Village is on the northwest corner of the campus.  Take the exit for Stokes Road toward the ocean from Rte 101; Sierra Madre buildings will be on the right.  You can park in lot 65; parking passes will be sent to all registered to attend onsite prior to the Congress.

Parking

Parking is  charged at $8per day.  You’ll use QRC code at the parking lot to pay the parking.  You will need to enter your car’s license plate number and provide a credit card.
