Lodging

Staying at Sierra Madre Village

We will be in the Laguna and Berryessa apartment buildings at Sierra Madre Village.  Onsite lodging options include the standard three-night package, two-night packages, and an early arrival package for four nights. The latter accommodates people arriving on Thursday to participate in the Regional Council meeting, to help with Congress set-up, or to visit the local area. All lodging packages include a meal plan.

Apartments have 2 or 3 bedrooms,  two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a sitting room area. There are two twin beds in each bedroom, so each apartment can accommodate four (if two bedrooms) or six (if three bedrooms) people.

The pricing structure is per person per bed, with the most cost-effective package being for two people in each bedroom. However, a room can be reserved for one occupant, at a higher  price.

See the Price List for additional details on options.
