Grace Gallery & Gift Shop

Calling all Artists, Artisans and Makers!

You are invited to display and sell your art and merchandise during the Subud CA Regional Congress. Please review all the information found on this page to be aware of the steps needed to participate.

Melissa Silva and Raina Snyder are managing the giftshop and gallery  set up on Friday morning. It will be located in the room marked as “Rec Room” on the map of the Congress venue form found HERE. Vendors are welcomed to check in and set up from 11am on on Friday.

Please bring your art and also merchandise such as Subud Books, CDs, DVDs, Jewelry, Handcrafts, Jams, & other items.

The Gallery/Gift Shop will be open to Congress attendees from approximately 3pm-10pm on Friday, 10am-10pm on Saturday and Sunday, and will close at 12pm on Monday. All unsold items must be picked up by noon on Monday. Subud California will not be responsible after that time for your merchandise.

Vendor Merchandise Form

Your items must be submitted on the “Vendor Merchandise Sheet”. Blank copies of this sheet are available HERE and on the Congress website. Please fill out, print, and bring completed forms with your items when you check in at the Gallery/Gift Shop. These forms will serve as your receipt for the merchandise and will be used to account for your items sold at the Gallery/Gift Shop. Please make two copies of each form, one for the Gallery/Gift Shop and one for yourself.  Or, you can scan and email your completed form(s) to gracegallery.subud@gmail.com prior to the start of congress.

Tagging Merchandise

Please tag all art and merchandise with price and your vendor identification code (your identification code is also used to complete the Vendor Merchandise Sheet). Your code consists of the three initials of your first, middle and last name. If you do not have a middle name, make up a middle initial, as all identification codes must have three letters. A sample tag would look like: $45.00 MED.

The Gallery/Gift Shop will be closed during the all-Congress latihan sessions occurring throughout the weekend. It will be locked when closed and the shop organizers will make every effort to safeguard your art and merchandise. It is understood that neither Subud California nor UC Santa Barbara will be held responsible for loss or damage to your art and/or merchandise. Any unsold merchandise not collected by noon on Monday will be handled at the discretion of the shop organizers.

Sales proceeds will be split 85% to vendor and 15% to Subud California. Vendors will be paid by Subud California, by check mailed after the Congress.

Please let the team know that you plan to participate by sending an email to gracegallery.subud<at>gmail.com. You can also send any questions to this email or send a text message to Melissa Silva at (916) 549-4593.

We look forward to seeing you there!
