How to Register

Our Congress starts on Friday, August 2 and closes on Monday, August 5.  Please review the Congress Registration Tips below before starting your registration form.

Registration Options:

Attendees staying on campus.  Attend the congress at UC Santa Barbara with a room and board plan for 2, 3, or 4 nights.

Attendees staying off campus.  Attend the Congress at UC Santa Barbara staying offsite with no room and board plan. Register to come one, two, or three days of the Congress. You can join the group for meals during the Congress as desired, paying via credit card when entering at the Dining Commons.

Virtual Attendees. Attend the Congress via Zoom and conference call.  Virtual registration cost is $35 for an individual 0r a household. Meetings and entertainment will be available via Zoom.

Tips on Registering for Congress:

Neon Registration System

  • Registration is via Subud USA’s Neon system. If  you have previously logged into the Subud USA website, it should recognize your email and log you in.
  • Members associated with your Subud USA account (e.g., spouse) may appear.
  • The system will auto-fill information such as address and contact information for you and other household members it identifies. Please review to be sure it is up to date.
  • If you choose “Individual Registration,” you must check  the “Include myself as an attendee” box.  You can register one person at a time using this option.

For those staying onsite with room and board:

  • You can register for 2, 3, or 4 nights, and attendees can be:
    •  adults (18 and over)
    • youth (13-17)
    • children (4-12 or 1-3).
  • Choose the option with the appropriate age category and length of stay from the list.
  • The form has a place to specify your desired roommates and suite mates, if known, plus any dietary and mobility requirements as needed.
  • To register additional family members, click “add attendee” after completing your own form and fill in the appropriate information for them. After you have registered all the members of your group, you will be presented with one bill and one payment amount.

REMEMBER:  You must register anyone planning to attend the 2024 Congress onsite, including children and infants.

Summary and Payment Section

  • A summary of your selections and your total due will be presented after you complete the registration form. Please note that the system does not accept partial payment and  you cannot return later and enter payment yourself online So, it is easiest to make your payment online at the time when you complete the form.
  • If you are not ready to pay immediately, jot down your total due before logging off, so that payment made later is accurate. The options for paying later are:
    1. Pay via credit card online directly to the Subud USA office, at the link HERE. A processing fee of 3.2% will be added to your total if you pay by credit card.
    2. Send a check to the Subud USA office.  Mail your check to:  SUBUD USA • 4216 Howard Road • Beltsville, MD 20705
    3. Go back to the registration link, re-enter your registration selections, and pay by credit card online as one transaction.
  • If you choose to make a donation on the registration form to support the Congress assistance fund, please enter numbers only (e.g. enter 40 NOT $40). This option appears at the very end of the form.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Subud USA was payment is received.

NOTE: we are using Subud USA’s Neon registration system and therefore the national office is collecting all payments on our behalf.
